My name is Apollo Valentine and I am a normal guy! I'm not very good at introducing myself. I'm a (possibly) autistic emo furry hobby hoarder from Argentina. I got back to making this website out of a desire to stay off social media as much as possible.
Like a lot of things in my life I'm quite an unstable person. I'm currently at the very beginning of studying animation. I like a lot of things, I like to keep myself busy (bad things tend to happen in my brain when I don't), and I like sharing my life, maybe at my own expense.
In every version of this website, I describe the same desire to connect with a healthier part of the internet rather than stay in a vortex of doom and scrolling addictions, also known as social media. In this version, I aim to reconnect with that space as much as possible, so as to not need to spend 9 hours a day on an app seeing everybody else's life.
I chose to use Silver The Hedgehog to represent myself for two reasons; one, because of a strong kinship I feel with him and his character, enough to see myself in him most of the time; and two, to represent what I'm currently lacking, which is hope. The web, society, the increasing depersonalization of relationships, that seems to prioritize individual comfort and benefit rather than true connection to others, fills me with such dread and hopelessness that I've found myself going back to Silver as a sort of mantra; to have hope anyway.
But also, I just really think I'm a lot like Silver!
I'm really into sitcoms. I love tv and not just because I love Tenna, a lot of how I see the world has to do with television and particularly with the sitcom format. You might run into a lot of that in this website and maybe one day I'll dedicate a page to my favorite type of TV ever!
